What REZE is

REZE is a supplement brand built around one idea: the morning and the evening are not separate problems. Energy that arrives as a spike and leaves as a crash costs you the evening, and a night of shallow sleep costs you the morning. So we make two formulas designed to be taken together — Daybreak, a morning capsule, and Nightfall, an evening drink — and we treat them as one system rather than two products that happen to share a logo.

A third formula, Core, is in final third-party testing and has no public price yet. We do not list pricing for a product we cannot ship.

How we decide what goes in

Every active ingredient is dosed at the amount used in the human trials we are citing, not at the amount that fits a marketing claim. Where a published dose is 3,000 mg, the formula carries at least 3,000 mg. That constraint is why our labels are short: there is only so much room in two capsules or a 10 g sachet once you refuse to under-dose.

We publish the full dose of every ingredient on each product page, including the inactive ones. No proprietary blends, and no ingredient listed at a quantity too small to do anything, which is the most common way a label looks impressive and acts like nothing.

What we will not say

REZE sells dietary supplements, not medicine. Our copy stays inside structure and function claims, and every such claim on this site carries the asterisk and the FDA disclaimer that goes with it. We do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any disease, because we cannot and because you should distrust anyone selling a capsule who does.

If a claim on this site ever looks stronger than the evidence behind it, write to us and we will either show you the study or change the copy.
