Our commitment

REZE is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix.

What we’ve built in

• A “skip to content” link for keyboard users at the top of every page.
• Descriptive labels on interactive controls — cart quantity buttons, the cart drawer, and navigation links all include clear accessible names.
• Live regions that announce updates such as items being added to your cart, so screen reader users get the same feedback as sighted users without extra effort.
• Semantic HTML and visible keyboard focus states throughout the site.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences for visitors sensitive to animation.

Checkout

Payment and checkout are hosted by our commerce provider, Shopify, on its own checkout pages. Shopify maintains the accessibility of that portion of the purchase flow independently of this site.

Ongoing work

We periodically review the site against WCAG guidelines and fix issues as they’re found. Accessibility work here is continuous — if something doesn’t work the way you’d expect, we want to know.
