1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REZE website and the purchase of any product sold by REZE (“REZE,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from REZE. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and current.

3. Products & health disclaimer

REZE products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Orders & checkout

Checkout is processed by our commerce provider, Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Selecting “Monthly refill” enrolls you in a recurring subscription that bills and ships automatically every 30 days at the subscription price shown at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date until you cancel.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us — cancelling stops future charges but does not refund shipments already billed. We’ll provide advance notice of any price change to an active subscription before it takes effect.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of REZE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it through automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REZE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
