Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
- Order & account information — name, email, shipping address, and payment details you provide at checkout. Payment is processed directly by our commerce provider, Shopify; REZE does not store your full card number.
- Cart data — the items in your cart are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so your cart persists between visits. This data stays on your device until checkout.
- Usage data — if analytics or marketing pixels are enabled on the site, we may collect standard device, browser, and interaction data to understand how the site is used.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — where you’ve opted in — send product and promotional updates. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including Shopify (commerce, checkout, and payment processing), shipping carriers, and email or SMS providers used for order and marketing communication. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.
4. Cookies & local storage
Cookies on this site fall into three groups. You can change the last two at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Strictly necessary — always on
Local storage that keeps your cart between pages, the session that carries you through Shopify checkout, and one cookie that records your choice here. Without these the store cannot function, so they have no switch. None of them is used for advertising.
Analytics — on by default, can be switched off
Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visited and which pages they read. We look at these as totals, not as individual profiles.
Marketing — on by default, can be switched off
Meta and TikTok advertising cookies, plus a first-party record of which ad or campaign brought you to the site. We use these to work out which advertising is worth paying for.
What happens when you switch a category off. We do not simply stop reading those cookies. We delete them, we stop loading the scripts that set them, and we stop attaching the identifiers they contain to any order you place — so a purchase made afterwards is not reported to an advertising platform. The page reloads once so that nothing already running in it is left behind. Switching a category back on starts collection again from that point; it does not restore anything that was deleted.
Your browser settings can also block cookies outright. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will break cart persistence and checkout.
5. Data retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and — for California residents under the CCPA — the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Children’s privacy
REZE is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
